A standard clean maintains a home that is already in generally good condition. A deep clean allows more time for buildup, baseboards, doors, fixtures, detailed dusting, and areas that are not normally covered during routine visits.
Do I need a deep clean for my first appointment?+
Not always. If your home is regularly maintained, a standard clean may be enough. After learning the size, condition, and priorities of your space, we’ll recommend the right starting service.
Are cleaning supplies and equipment provided?+
Yes, cleaning supplies can be provided. If you prefer certain products or want us to use your vacuum, just let us know.
Do you clean homes with pets?+
Yes—pet-friendly homes are welcome. Please tell us about your pets and any special instructions when requesting your quote.
How is my price determined?+
Pricing depends on square footage, number of rooms, current condition, requested areas, service frequency, add-ons, and estimated time. You’ll receive a personalized quote before service begins.
Can I request only certain rooms or tasks?+
Absolutely. Use the service checklist in the quote form to select the areas you want cleaned, then add any special instructions.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?+
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and other customized schedules may be available depending on your location and service needs.
What areas do you serve?+

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
No. Access arrangements can be discussed in advance. Your home or business will always be treated with care and respect.
What should I do before my appointment?+
Picking up personal items and clearing crowded surfaces helps us spend more time cleaning. Please also secure pets when needed and share entry or parking instructions ahead of time.
